Recibo mi manto, ¿qué debo hacer?

¡Aquí tienes tres consejos para darle la bienvenida a tu mantis!

1 - ¡ Mira atentamente a tu animal! Nuestros paquetes se envían en óptimas condiciones. Sin embargo, le recomendamos encarecidamente que compruebe cuidadosamente el estado de su mantis cuando acaba de llegar. Especialmente si muda durante el envío.

Tenga en cuenta que esta observación debe realizarse a través de la caja de transporte y sin manipulación. ¡Debes evitar a toda costa más estrés para tu animal!

2 - ¡ Prepara el terrario con antelación! Aunque ponemos mucho cuidado en garantizar el transporte seguro de cada animal a L'insecterie, es posible que su mantis esté ligeramente estresada a su llegada. Por eso te recomendamos que prepares tu terrario antes de recibirlo para poder comprobar las condiciones de cría y evitar un estrés adicional a tu animal. Para ello, prepara tu terrario con tantos escondites como sea posible, al menos para el inicio de la reproducción, ¡y comprueba tu temperatura y humedad de antemano! Si todo está bien, coloca a tu mascota suavemente sin manipularla.

3- ¡Deja que el animal se aclimate! Una vez que haya llegado su paquete, colóquelo en su sala de cría abriéndolo pero sin desembalar a su animal. Esto permitirá que la temperatura se equilibre y evitará un shock demasiado grande para el insecto. Pasados unos veinte minutos, saca al animal de su caja y colócalo en tu terrario. Tu mantis agradecerá un ambiente tranquilo durante los primeros días. No recomendamos alimentarla ni iluminarla (a menos que la iluminación sea su fuente de calor) el primer día.
